May 09, 2016 · Hum, after "upgrading" to Windows 10 on my wife's PC she can't get Internet Explorer 11 to even run. I set up my very same model PC a month ago and my IE 11 runs fine. Seems like M$ is adrift in dumb ideas.

Internet Explorer 11 has been causing printing issues, so I have instructed people to uninstall IE11. Go to control panel, Windows Update, Installed Updates, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click on Internet Explorer 11, uninstall. Restart the computer, when prompted. After you startup the system, you'll probably have Internet Explorer 10 installed.

I am having certain problems using Internet Explorer 11 (on my computer using Windows 7 Professional). These problems are not occurring in any other browser, including Chrome, Firefox and Lunascape. If I use the Trident browser engine in Lunascape (which allows for use of 3 different browser engines), things function normally. In short, those using any version of Windows with Adobe Flash Player should install the most recent flash player security updates. And those using Windows 7 should be using either IE9 or IE10 but do not upgrade Internet Explorer to IE11 until the problems with IE11 get resolved. Thanks, as always, EP!
